JETBIZ Business 2 Broker · B2B

You fly it.
We sell it.

JETBIZ takes over the entire charter sales operation of your aircraft, from commercial positioning to the broker relationships that produce bookings. Your AOC stays focused on safe, compliant operations. We stay focused on keeping the aircraft commercially active.

How It Works

Four stages,
one commercial engine

JETBIZ becomes the commercial face of the aircraft in the marketplace, with ten years of experience behind every conversation and a desk that answers at any hour.

01

Sales mandate

We agree the commercial mandate for the aircraft. JETBIZ represents it to the market while the AOC retains full operational control.

02

Market positioning

The aircraft is priced, packaged and positioned across the private aviation marketplace where brokers search for lift every day.

03

H24 broker desk

Every broker enquiry reaches a live JETBIZ salesperson, day or night, weekends and holidays included. Nothing waits for morning.

04

Booking and handover

We confirm the sale and hand a clean, fully briefed trip to the operator. Where it is wanted, we also coordinate catering and ground handling with our providers.

For the AOC and Owner

A sales department
you do not have to build

Charter sales is a full time discipline with its own people, relationships and out of hours rhythm. JETBIZ supplies it as a service, so your organisation can stay where its expertise really lies.

Fleet optimisation

Routings, empty sectors and availability gaps are worked commercially rather than left to chance, so the aircraft spends more of its calendar earning.

Cost savings

No in house sales team to recruit, train, equip and staff around the clock. You gain an established desk and an established network from day one.

Optional procurement management

Catering, ground handling and the wider operational supply chain can be negotiated and managed through providers we work with continuously. Keep it with your own team instead and nothing changes on the sales side.

Pure operational focus

Your team keeps its attention on safety, crew and compliance. Commercial pressure, price negotiation and broker chasing sit with JETBIZ.

Ten years in the marketplace

A decade of trading in private aviation means we know which brokers move which aircraft, what the market will pay, and how quickly it moves.

Relationships that persist

We maintain the broker network continuously, not campaign by campaign. The aircraft stays present in the minds of the people who book it.

For the Broker

The broker is the
real customer

Brokers are the ones who actually book the aircraft, so the whole desk is built around making their job easier. That is the difference between an aircraft listed on the market and an aircraft that flies.

One number, always answered

H24 means exactly that. Late requests, weekend requests and holiday requests all reach a salesperson who can act, not a voicemail or an inbox that opens on Monday.

Fast, firm answers

Availability, pricing and options come back quickly and hold up. You can quote your client with confidence instead of qualifying everything as subject to confirmation.

Straight information

Honest cabin detail, real availability and clear operational limits. We would rather tell you the aircraft is wrong for a trip than lose your trust on the next one.

Your client stays your client

We sell to the broker community, we do not compete with it. Your relationship with the passenger is yours, and every trip is handled so that it reflects well on you.

Positioning

Two disciplines, cleanly separated

An AOC is built to fly aircraft safely and in full compliance. That is a demanding discipline, and it rewards undivided attention. Charter sales is an entirely different craft, built on market presence, price judgement, availability and relationships that are kept warm between bookings.

The JETBIZ Business 2 Broker model separates them deliberately. The operator owns everything airside. JETBIZ owns everything commercial, and answers to the broker community on the aircraft's behalf at any hour.

The result is simple to describe. The operator does what it does best, JETBIZ does what it does best, and the aircraft flies more.

Questions

Frequently asked
about JETBIZ B2B

JETBIZ Business 2 Broker (B2B) is a service in which JETBIZ manages the complete charter sales operation of an aircraft on behalf of its AOC holder or owner. JETBIZ takes on commercial positioning, broker relationships, quoting and booking, with procurement management available as an option, while the operator keeps full responsibility for flight operations, crew and compliance. It is a business to business to business model, because the aircraft is sold to brokers and the brokers in turn serve the end passenger.
In private aviation the broker community is where charter demand is concentrated, because brokers are the parties who actually book aircraft for their own clients. An aircraft flies more when brokers know it exists, trust the desk behind it and can get a firm answer quickly. JETBIZ therefore manages and maintains the broker network as an ongoing relationship rather than treating each enquiry as an isolated transaction.
No. JETBIZ is an air charter broker and does not operate flights. Under the Business 2 Broker model the AOC holder retains complete control of flight operations, crew, maintenance, airworthiness and regulatory compliance. JETBIZ is responsible only for the commercial side, which means keeping the aircraft commercially active and coordinating each confirmed booking with the operator.
The JETBIZ sales desk is staffed H24, meaning twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Brokers reach an experienced salesperson who can confirm availability, quote the aircraft, hold an option and manage the details of a confirmed trip. Charter requests rarely arrive within office hours, so a desk that always answers is what allows a request to convert instead of moving to another aircraft.
JETBIZ works on fleet optimisation, positioning the aircraft so that routings, empty sectors and availability gaps are used more efficiently. Procurement management with operational service providers such as catering and ground handling is available as an option, consolidating volume across our activity to secure better terms than a single aircraft would normally obtain. The owner avoids building and funding an in house charter sales department.
