The service
JETBIZ operates a dedicated air ambulance network, connecting patients to specialist care across borders. Each case is coordinated end to end: the aircraft, the medical crew, the ground ambulances at both ends, and the paperwork that has to travel with the patient.
JETBIZ is an air charter broker. The aircraft and the medical crews are supplied by properly licensed operators, selected case by case against the patient’s clinical needs and the route.

Coverage
Portugal. Domestic transfers including the mainland, Madeira and the Azores, departing from Cascais Municipal Aerodrome or the airport closest to the patient.
Europe. Repatriation to and from European hospitals, the most common case being a traveller who needs to return home after an accident or a sudden illness abroad.
Angola and South Africa. JETBIZ has an established presence on both routes and coordinates long-range medical flights between southern Africa and Europe.
Flights outside these regions are quoted on request.

Times are approximate, calculated from great-circle distance at typical business-jet cruise speeds. Actual block times depend on the aircraft, the routing, winds and any technical stop.
Process
1. Call us. Reach the 24/7 line on (+351) 218 048 768 or (+44) 7348 945 699. Tell us where the patient is, where they need to go, and who is treating them.
2. Medical assessment. The operator’s medical team speaks to the treating doctor to establish whether the patient is fit to fly and what configuration and crew the flight needs.
3. Quote and confirmation. JETBIZ returns a written quote covering the aircraft, the medical crew and the ground ambulance legs, together with a departure window.
4. Departure and handover. We coordinate slots, clearances, the FBO and the ambulances at both ends, and keep the family and the hospitals updated through the flight.
